The St.Amant Foundation seeks a strategic and compassionate Executive Director to lead its efforts in improving the quality of life for over 5,000 individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, and acquired brain injury in Manitoba. This leadership role calls for a passionate individual who can navigate the evolving landscape of fundraising, develop strategic partnerships, and enhance the Foundation's impact through innovative solutions.
The Executive Director reports directly to the President & CEO of St.Amant and is responsible for aligning the Foundation's strategic goals with St.Amant’s mission, vision, values, and policies. The Executive Director serves as the primary ambassador for the Foundation, working collaboratively with the Board of Directors and partnered programs to ensure success.
This leadership position is an excellent opportunity for an Executive Director who enjoys operational excellence and innovation, shaping new methodologies and evolving a fundraising organization to meet challenges. This position is integral to the operational and business success of St.Amant, playing an important role in elevating the quality of life for individuals it serves.

St.Amant is a not-for-profit organization that offers a wide range of programs and services for people with developmental disabilities and autism.
St.Amant programs include a variety of community and supported living services, a short-term health and stabilization service, early learning and school age services for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, respite and clinical/allied health services as well as a school and a childcare centre.
The St.Amant Research Centre is affiliated with the University of Manitoba, and its research is focused on improving the quality of life for people with disabilities.
